Job Description
1.Be responsible for regional group purchasing negotiation of commercial real estate door hardware and decorative hardware in Greater China.
2.Collect strategic procurement information of door control products from commercial real estate enterprises.
3.Take part in tender document drafting, technical consultation and on-site coordination for door control product bidding projects.
4.Communicate and operate with various group purchasing platform systems.
Job Requirements
1.College diploma or above, with more than 2-3 years of sales experience in door hardware or related products.
2.Familiar with the bidding process of domestic real estate companies, able to independently complete tender scheme preparation.
3.Strong sense of work responsibility, outstanding organization, communication and coordination capabilities, with team spirit.
4.Able to bear certain work pressure and adapt to short-term business trips.
Income
1.Monthly salary = Basic salary + Performance pay; Annual income = Monthly salary + Commission + Stock option dividend
